Start YOUR career with DHL today… DHL Express currently has an opening for a Part Time Retail Store - Customer Service position in our Edmonton, AB retail location location at 4410 17st NW. The purpose of this role is helping customer at the retail counter with shipping inquiries and pickup up freight; plus other inquiries. Shift: Monday 15:00-19:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00 and Sunday 11:00-17:00 Wage: $23.38/hour and will increase as per the CBA How will you contribute? Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming environment. Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions. Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Representing DHL (Uniform and Tidiness). Accurate scanning and inspection of OB shipments. All other duties as assigned. Do you have what it takes? Ability to lift and carry parcels, up to and including 70 lbs per piece, throughout shift. Physical Inspection Certificate Required Demonstrated ability to work effectively and on-time within tight time constraints. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Exigences

Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. A Physical Inspection Certificate and the ability to pass a criminal background check are required.
