About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to support the daily operations of Signature Honda. This role is ideal for a motivated automotive professional with strong inventory management skills and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Parts Department operations
  • Support and supervise Parts Advisors and support staff
  • Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, returns, and stock levels
  • Work closely with Service to ensure parts availability
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations
  • Monitor KPIs including inventory turnover, fill rate, and gross profit
  • Ensure compliance with Honda Canada Inc. standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years automotive parts experience (dealership preferred)
  • Supervisory or team lead experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of automotive parts systems and inventory control
  • Experience with PBS preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license
