About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to support the daily operations of Signature Honda. This role is ideal for a motivated automotive professional with strong inventory management skills and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Parts Department operations
- Support and supervise Parts Advisors and support staff
- Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, returns, and stock levels
- Work closely with Service to ensure parts availability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations
- Monitor KPIs including inventory turnover, fill rate, and gross profit
- Ensure compliance with Honda Canada Inc. standards
Requirements
- 3+ years automotive parts experience (dealership preferred)
- Supervisory or team lead experience is an asset
- Knowledge of automotive parts systems and inventory control
- Experience with PBS preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
