RETAIL & GUEST EXPERIENCE LEAD (KEYHOLDER)

In this role, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—ensuring their experience is smooth, elevated, and memorable from start to finish. You will play a key role in both guest satisfaction and retail success, guiding guests through their visit while recommending products that enhance and extend their results at home.
You will also act as the lead on shift, supporting team members in real time, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring service flows efficiently—while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and guest care.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming, elevated spa experience
- Manage bookings, check-ins/outs, gift card sales, and retail transactions
- Maintain proficiency in POS, booking systems, and communication tools
- Complete opening/closing procedures, including cash balancing and security checks
- Act as keyholder and ensure spa security protocols are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front desk, retail, and guest areas
- Support laundry and ensure timely restocking of linens and robes
- Lead by example in promoting and selling retail skincare products
- Recommend at-home skincare routines based on guest needs
- Support achievement of retail targets while prioritizing guest experience
- Provide real-time support to team members and assist with daily operations
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when required
- Maintain knowledge of spa menu and offerings
- Engage guests with beverage and light menu suggestions
- Support basic food & beverage preparation and cleanliness standards
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing supplies
- Take initiative in daily tasks and support overall spa operations

Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
About You
- Minimum of 1-year experience working within the spa, wellness, hospitality or retail environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and routines
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (add, subtract, calculate tax).
- Must have the ability to communicate and understand English – oral, writing and reading.
- Preference for employees with cash/sales experience.
- Experience with POS systems, booking software, and basic computer tools.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends.
- Punctual and reliable with strong organizational skills
Compensation
- Hourly wage plus commission
