Description

The head cashier manages the cash area and the cashiers while ensuring an exceptional and attentive customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of cashiers
• Ensure the training of new cashiers
• Responsible for the photo department
• Ensure the performance of all tasks related to balancing the cash
• Maintain and order supplies
• Perform various orders
• Manage returns and surplus merchandise
• Manage expired products
• Keep planograms updated
• Maintain high standards at the cash registers
• Answer phone calls
• Provide exemplary customer service

Requisite skills and knowledge:

• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Accounting skills
• Dynamic, responsible, with interpersonal skills
• Secondary School diploma
