Job Description Title: Retail Sales Associate-Temporary
Term: July 13, 2026 to September 18, 2026
Scope of Role
The Retail Sales Associate supports the Retail Store Manager in ensuring customers, parents, and students, have a positive, welcoming, and efficient shopping experience in the Meadowridge Uniform Shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Answer questions about Meadowridge uniform requirements
- Suggest items and fitting students
- Keep sales floor tidy and presentable
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory shipments
- Process payments and refunds professionally
Skills and Attributes

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Proficient in verbal and written English language

Proficient in verbal Chinese

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers and management

Professional telephone etiquette

Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers

Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

Mandarin speaking would be an asset, but not required
All statutory holidays are observed, and the hours of work range from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
During the period of July 2, 2026, to August 21st, 2026, the associate will only be required to work up to 4 days per week.
