Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Associé(e) aux ventes passionné(e) de tennis pour se joindre à notre équipe à la boutique du Stade IGA. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de fournir un service client exceptionnel, d’aider aux ventes et de corder des raquettes de tennis. Nous accueillons les candidats ayant une connaissance de base des produits de tennis et offrirons une formation à ceux qui n'ont aucune expérience préalable en cordage.

Responsabilités Principales

Aider les clients dans leurs achats et recommander des produits en fonction de leurs besoins. Corder des raquettes de tennis avec précision et efficacité. Maintenir une boutique propre et bien organisée, y compris le réapprovisionnement des stocks et l'affichage adéquat des produits. Utiliser le système de point de vente et traiter les transactions avec exactitude.

Exigences

Connaissance de base des produits de tennis. Capacité à corder des raquettes de tennis (formation offerte si nécessaire). Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et aptitude à créer des liens avec les clients. Bonnes capacités de communication. Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe. Disponibilité pour travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

Éducation Et Expérience

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent. Expérience préalable en vente au détail ou en service à la clientèle (un atout). Expérience ou connaissances en tennis (un atout).


We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate with a passion for tennis to join our team at the Stade IGA Pro Shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and stringing tennis racquets. We welcome applicants with a basic knowledge of tennis products, and we will provide training for those with no prior experience in racquet stringing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations based on their needs. String tennis racquets for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Maintain a clean and organized shop, including inventory restocking and proper product displays. Operate the point of sale system and process transactions accurately.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of tennis products. Ability to string tennis racquets (training provided if needed). Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required. Fluent in English and French.

Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Tennis experience or knowledge is an asset.
