Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. As a Lead Associate, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and mentoring team members.

Duties

• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

• Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure operational efficiency.

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

• assisting customers with purchases, orders, alterations, and rentals

• measuring customers for suit rentals & purchases

• pinning customers for hemming and other alterations

• taking in and writing up orders for clothing alterations, suit rentals & orders

• answering and making phone calls to customers as needed

• replying to emails; printing and organizing orders

• maintaining a clean and tidy storefront & workspace

• unpacking and packing boxes (incoming & outgoing suit rentals)

• creating schedules and taking the lead on team task delegation

• laundry

• packing and delivering winter clothing rentals

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects the company?s standards.
