Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being well informed about all products offered.
• Make sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and meet operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals
• Connect with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
• Ability to learn and share product and trend expertise to meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of all products through product training.
• Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager use social media.

Qualifications :

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
• Motivated to achieve excellent results thanks to his or her enthusiasm for running.
• Autonomous, able to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
