This isn't just ringing in orders?you will build long-term relationships with professional contractors, troubleshoot technical issues, and actively drive sales. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to close a deal, we want to hear from you. *What You?ll Be Doing:* * *Consultative Sales:* Identify customer needs, recommend the right equipment, and confidently ask for the sale in-store and online. * *Proactive Outreach:* Confidently place direct phone calls to follow up on high-value leads, consult with clients, and recover abandoned e-commerce checkouts. * *Customer Support:* Assist customers with product setups, troubleshooting, and warranty inquiries. * *Store Operations:* Process transactions accurately, assist with receiving inventory, merchandise shelves, and maintain a clean showroom. * *Keyholder Duties:* Open and close the store, complete daily procedures, and ensure security protocols are followed. *What You Bring to the Table:* * *Sales Acumen:* Proven experience in retail or sales environments with a track record of building relationships and closing sales. * *Tech Savvy:* Comfortable using Microsoft 365, point-of-sale systems, and web-based business software. Ability to quickly learn technical product specifications. * *Communication:* Excellent interpersonal skills.
