Responsibilities Tasks Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Authorize payments by cheque Order merchandise Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Manage cash

The supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, and coordinating staff activities while managing cash and payments. They also oversee inventory maintenance, merchandise ordering, and the resolution of customer complaints.

Candidates must have a college or non-university certificate/diploma from a 1 to 2 year program. A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
