*Responsibilities* * Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. * Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and reconciliation of cash registers. * Develop and implement budgets to maximize profitability while controlling costs. * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets. * Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. * Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. * Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of products. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. *Skills* * Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. * Proficient in budgeting and financial reporting to drive business decisions. * Excellent sales management abilities with a track record of achieving targets. * Effective team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. * Experience in cashiering processes and point-of-sale systems. * Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors or suppliers. * Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
