The Sales Associate is responsible for educating and guiding customers with exceptional service to ensure satisfaction. They will handle cash transactions using a POS system and work toward achieving individual and team goals.

Candidates must have proven experience in sales or guest services and be comfortable handling cash and POS systems. The role requires a patient, results-driven approach to managing customer complaints and a passion for the cannabis industry.
