Job Summary The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting guests with product selection, completing sales and general retail operations. The ideal candidate is committed to providing the best guest experience possible! Essential Job Functions • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. •Understanding and processing sales accurately through POS operations. • Assisting the store team in achieving and surpassing store targets. • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock. • Being aware of promotional offers throughout the store. • Awareness of loss prevention. • Opening and closing procedures. • Receiving stock accurately and understanding the correct process that follows receiving the stock. • Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping, upholding the store standards. • Ensure that all related activities are conducted in a safe manner through sound judgment and knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines. Minimum Requirements • Must have minimum 1 year in customer service. Experience in retail is considered an asset. • Must have completed Grade 12 education. The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting guests with product selection, processing sales through POS systems, and maintaining store standards. They will also assist with inventory replenishment, display maintenance, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for all customers.

Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience and a completed Grade 12 education. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and possess intermediate computer skills.
