Job Details LMIA Status: Pending LMIA SV Auto has applied for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and will be ready to extend an offer to a foreign worker once the application is approved. Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Tasks Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Establish work schedules Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Manage cash Supervision 5-10 people

The role involves supervising 5-10 workers, managing staff schedules, and overseeing daily retail operations. Key duties include handling customer complaints, managing inventory, and preparing sales volume reports.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required for this on-site position.
