Develop and support a high-performing team, maintain strong vendor relationships, and drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and customer loyalty initiatives. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and: * You have 6 – 9 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years experience leading leaders in a retail food environment. * Previous management within the Co-op Retailing System will be considered an asset. * You’re experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service. * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
