The role involves cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish, including cutting them into steaks and fillets. Additionally, the fishmonger is responsible for supervising and training other staff and creating special product displays.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to work in cold environments and perform physically demanding tasks such as handling heavy loads.
