Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager Strong Salesforce knowledge and implementation experience Retail domain experience preferred Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and business analysis skills Experience with Agile, PI Planning, backlog management, and prioritization Ability to prioritize work based on business value and customer impact Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Salesforce certification is a plus
