Airport Location: Calgary Airport Advertised Compensation: $15.50 to $15.50 Summary: The Cashier is responsible for completing sales transactions within the establishment and performing other support functions which may include cleaning the food, display and/or stock areas and assisting with stocking activities; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position. The Cashier is primarily responsible for accurately completing sales transactions using a cash register, handling payments, and providing correct change to customers according to company policies. Additional duties include maintaining product knowledge, cleaning and stocking work areas, and assisting with locating and verifying transaction accuracy.

Candidates should preferably have experience in cash handling and customer service, demonstrating the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner. The role requires physical capabilities such as bending, twisting, standing, and lifting objects over 10 lbs, along with the ability to read and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers.
