Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting Retail business Tasks Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Authorize payments by cheque Order merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week

Supervise retail staff, assign duties, and manage the hiring and training process. Oversee inventory, authorize payments and returns, and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.

Requires a secondary school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of experience. Must be able to work 40 hours per week in a retail business setting.
