(operating as Blara Organic House) is a premium maternity, baby and children's retail business specializing in organic products and personalized customer service. *Summary* Blara Organic House is seeking a Retail Supervisor to supervise daily retail sales operations, support team performance, and maintain high customer service standards. *Responsibilities* * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service. * Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to reflect brand values. * Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performance team. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. * Collaborate with head office on marketing initiatives and product launches. *Qualifications* * High school graduation certificate * 2 years to less than 3 years in retail sales * Experience in customer service and retail team coordination * Experience in staff training, onboarding, or supervisory support is an asset * Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Pay: $28.00-$29.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care Work Location: In person
