Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, and is eager to learn about pool and spa care. Reports To: Store Manager Schedule: 20-35 hours per week (including weekends) Start Date: ASAP Location: In-store retail environment Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with pool and spa product selection * Perform water testing and provide accurate product recommendations * Answer customer questions related to pool maintenance and care * Stock shelves and maintain store organization and cleanliness * Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful customer service at all times * Track and communicate low stock, product issues, and customer feedback to management Success in This Role Will Be Reflected Through * Positive customer feedback and repeat business * Strong product knowledge and confidence in recommendations * A clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment * Ability to work efficiently during busy periods * Being a reliable and supportive team member Qualifications * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred * Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service * Reliable and able to work a consistent schedule, including Saturdays * Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of pool and spa care * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Work Environment * Fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting * Fun, seasonal industry with a supportive team atmosphere * Hands-on learning with training provided * Opportunity to grow with a local, expanding business How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume online or drop it off in-store.
