Retail Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service by helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. They also maintain store inventory and support daily store operations to ensure a positive shopping environment.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess the physical ability to lift and load merchandise. Basic automotive knowledge and strong communication skills are preferred for this role.
