The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and product information to ensure total customer satisfaction. Key duties include handling cash transactions, balancing the till, and assisting with product shipments and merchandising.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a valid Smart Serve Certification. Proficiency in Windows applications and the ability to lift 40lbs regularly are also required.
